When installing outdoor wood-plastic decking, the joist is an indispensable key accessory; then, how should we install the joist?
When installing the keel, the distance between the joists generally depends on the thickness of the WPC Decking, when the thickness of the Composite Decking is less than 25mm, the distance between the joists cannot exceed 250mm, and the maximum joists spacing cannot exceed 400mm.
Usually, when we install the joist, we will encounter the following ground conditions;
1. When installing suspended visiting trail planks on the ponds and lakes or park landscape ecological agricultural crops, it is necessary to take care of flowers and plants, or when the lakes and ponds cannot be used for large-scale drainage and pouring of concrete, galvanized ground screws can be directly screwed in. Underground, then weld the galvanized pipe joist on the ground screw. If it is installed in a lake or pond, or if the ambient air humidity is relatively high, it is recommended to choose hot-dip galvanized square pipes to avoid corrosion.

3. For pure mud ground and the floor installation surface needs to be raised, we can first dig the foundation pit to pre-bury concrete and galvanized pipe columns on the ground. Under normal circumstances, the diameter and depth of the foundation pit shall not be less than 300mm, which is used as a column. The specification of galvanized pipe is not less than 60*60mm, and the wall thickness of the pipe is not less than 2mm; the span between the column and the column is controlled within 1800mm; after the column is pre-embedded, the galvanized pipe keel is welded on the column, and the specification is recommended to be 40 *Above 60mm.
